We offer basic and advanced training in Risk Management to clients from diverse occupational settings. Our training courses focus on Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments, Risk control, and Monitoring and Evaluation. We assist organizations to develop Dashboards and Balanced Scorecards for managingtheir risk management processes. Our courses include topics such as Developing Similar Exposure Groups (SEGs), Occupational Risk Exposure Profiles (OREPs), and Risk Based Medical Surveillance (RBMS) Systems AND Hierarchy of Controls among other important topics.
We offer three day training courses on basic Quality Management Systems in Occupational Health and Safety. The key topics covered in this course include Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, the Deming Cycle (PDCA) and the key Quality Principles.
This one week course focuses on the derivation and linkage of OREPs to Risk based medical examinations. It focuses on current occupational health practice that is evidence based and in line with international standards, This training addresses such issues as linkage of occupational health testing to risk profiles at workplaces. It defines the scheduling, frequency and content of medical examinations.

We offer hands-on training on occupational audiometry and spirometry for occupational health technicians, nurses or any other interested cadres in the field of Occupational health. This consists of a didactic 4 day course on audiometry and spirometry. Participants will be taught on the practical use of the different types of audiometers and spirometers.
Our training in Impairment Evaluation is based on the AMA Guides for the Evaluation of Impairment. We offer a three day training course series for doctors and clinical officers.
We conduct research in the field of Occupational Health and Safety. We assist organizations in carrying out research to generate evidence based programs and workplace interventions. We also give mentorship for individuals and organizations seeking assistance on developing research proposals and actual conduct of research.
