Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources and Administration Officer with a strong finance background to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions while also managing administrative tasks that support the organization’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee performance management and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
Administration:
• Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the company’s budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with finance teams to align HR initiatives with financial objectives.
• Maintain and optimize administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• An additional qualification in Finance will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in HR management and administration (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in working for donor funded projects is a distinct advantage.

A vacancy has arisen in our organization for an occupational health nurse (OHN). We are in search of a dynamic, motivated and focused OHN with good managerial, occupational health skills and experience. The OHN should have good communication and training skills. The job entails performing the full scope of occupational health services including health and safety promotion .
Clinical occupational health duties will include performing medical examinations and consultation of workers. Other duties of this job include conducting training in occupational health for health workers.
Qualifications and Experience
1.Applicants should have at least 5 years experience in an occupational health setting
2. Applicants should possess at a minimum a Diploma in Nursing
3. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing or an Occupational Health Qualification.
4. Competency in conducting occupational health tests such as vision screening, spirometry and screening audiometry testing is a mandatory requirement.
5. Current Valid Registration with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe
6. A clean class 4 drivers’s licence
